Other than usual research, studies, and participating in educational seminars, GVS’s day starts as early as 4.30 am. Immediately he takes a bath and gets into meditation for 1 hour, followed by breathing exercises and yoga for another 1 hour. Thrice a week, he also goes for 20 minutes of brisk walking. It is followed by 2 hours of Hindu Ritual Pooja with Sanskrit Chanting. This religious practice certainly gives him an edge in accurately analyzing the past, present, and future and causing the desired results for himself and his clients.
